founded by pastor Isaac Innocent Ouma, Irene and other pastors in 2001 in Uganda
East Africa on the coast of Lake Victoria about 10 Km from Jinja town East ward.
In
Uganda, the plight of the under-privileged still lingers on. A walk through the
countryside reveals faces of AGONY and HELPLESSNESS.
